As a starting point for our discussion about education within new eating habits and food design, we will give a presentation of our work on food design at Design School Kolding, Denmark, and we will discuss themes around culture and eating habits.

As a showcase, our Master graduate student Johanne Ib will introduce her Master project “A Recipe for Eating Together”.
