Cumulus Green 2022: Nurturing Our Planet is open to all art, design and media disciplines and calls for innovative solutions that can contribute to how we transform our food systems to end food insecurity and create better conditions for an equitable and environmentally prosperous world. Entries due March 15, 2022.

Registration and Submission deadline extended until 6th of September.

Awards ceremony will take place in Barcelona on 14 October as part of Barcelona Design Week’s City Festival.

The international Human City Design Award (HCDA) that aims to bring solutions to various urban issues and create a better world opened its third call for entry. This edition is focused on design for sustainable city: for a harmonious relationship between human, society and the environment.

The SDGs Design International Awards 2021 calls on all students for solutions to achieve “Carbon Neutrality”. This is organized by the Cumulus member, Kyushu University, Faculty of Design, SDGs Design Unit and Center for Designed Futures, Japan.

The idea is to find a way to gather the students of Cumulus and unleash the power of networking at a global level. The competition is open to all students from Cumulus member institutions. The call for participation “Building the Future” is inviting schools and research & creation institutes in art, design, architecture, performing arts and multiple writings to take part in the design of a ship for the Mediterranean Sea. This call is partnered with UNESCO.
