Cumulus at Eeum Design Connects International Design Congress

Cumulus representatives took part in the Eeum International Design Congress in Korea. Cumulus signed The Eeum Design Declaration among other prominent organisations.
Design Connects was a collaborative conference by the KSDS (Korean Society of Design Science), the ADADA (Asia Digital Art and Design Association) and Cumulus, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media. Cumulus had the pleasure to invite keynotes for the conference.
The lectures were given by the Cumulus Vice-President Prof. Lou Yongqi from Tongji University, China and Prof. Sam Bucolo from UTS, Australia. Also prof. Anna Meroni from POLIMI, Italy contributed to the programme.
Cumulus Vice-President Rector Elsebeth Gerner-Nielsen from the Kolding Design School, Denmark held an address on behalf of Cumulus during the International Design Congress.
On Wednesday October 21 the world´s most important organisations (ico-D, ICSID, IFI, IFHP, IFLA, Cumulus, IxDA, WDSO (Montreal), 2015 IDC Committee) in the field signed the Eeum Design Declaration, Prof. Sam Bucolo put the signature for Cumulus.
This declaration is leading to a next step in the 2017 Montreal World Design Summit as above Cumulus will play the role for education and research in our fields.
