Nohemi Gonzalez, a young design student from California State University, Long Beach spending a semester studying at the Cumulus member institution Strate School of Design, France was killed at one of the restaurants in the attacks in Paris on 13 November 2015.

She worked hard to make her dreams come true and get to Paris for exchange. Nohemi was a talented student, valued by all her teachers and classmates both at CSULB and Strate. We all are deeply saddened of her passing away too young and send a big hug to her family in the US, all her friends and everybody due to the great loss and shocking moments.
