Cumulus member, Konstfack the University of Arts, Crafts and Design (Sweden) is looking for a Professor of Visual Communication with a specialisation in Graphic Design.

For more information, please see here.The position is located at the Department of Design, Interior Architecture and Visual Communication (DIV) at Konstfack and is tied to the main field of study of visual communication. Konstfack offers two courses in the main field of study of visual communication: the bachelor’s programme in Graphic Design & Illustration (180 credits) and the master’s programme in Visual Communication (120 credits). Graphic design and illustration are integrated at both the bachelor’s and master’s levels and constitute two specialisations within the main field of study of visual communication.

The aim of the programmes is to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop an independent, relevant and contemporary practice within the field of visual communication. The programmes are based on visual communication in a broad sense and integrate a critical approach to visual communication as a practice.
